2Eligibility and Account Registration

To register an account with pklak and use our services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. pklak does not permit any person under the age of 21 to register an account or use the platform in any capacity.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before using pklak.
• You must provide accurate, current and complete information when registering your account and must keep this information up to date at all times.
• Each player may hold only one pklak account at any time. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances or pending winnings.
• You must not use the pklak platform if you have been self-excluded, if you are a professional or amateur athlete in a sport on which betting is available on pklak, or if you are a pklak employee or a close relative of a pklak employee.

pklak reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending transactions.

4Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the security of your pklak account credentials. pklak will never ask you to disclose your password through any channel. Your obligations with respect to account security include the following:

• You must choose a strong, unique password for your pklak account and must not reuse a password you use for any other online service.
• You must not share your account credentials with any third party. You are fully liable for any activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorised by you.
• You must notify pklak support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation. pklak is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• You must access the pklak platform only from devices you own or control and must not access the platform from shared or public devices without taking appropriate precautions.

pklak implements SSL encryption across all account sessions and transaction flows. However, no digital system is entirely free from risk. Players are encouraged to use up-to-date browsers and to avoid accessing pklak accounts on unsecured networks.

7Game Rules and Betting Conduct

All games and betting markets available on pklak are governed by the rules of the relevant game provider or betting product. General conduct rules applicable to all gameplay on pklak include the following:

• Bets placed and confirmed are final and cannot be cancelled, reversed or amended after confirmation, except where pklak expressly permits in-play cash-out on a specific market.
• In the event of a technical failure, disconnection or force majeure event during an active game or bet, pklak will apply the game provider's standard resolution policy, which may result in the cancellation of the round or the settlement of bets at the last confirmed state.
• pklak reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed or settled in error, including bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical fault or human error on the part of pklak.

Players must conduct themselves respectfully when interacting with live dealers, other players and pklak support staff. Any abusive, threatening or discriminatory behaviour directed at any person through the pklak platform will result in immediate account suspension.

9Intellectual Property

All content on the pklak platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software, is the property of pklak or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include:

• Any resale or commercial use of any part of the pklak platform or its content.
• Any collection or use of product listings, descriptions or pricing for the benefit of another business.
• Any framing or use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.
• Any downloading, copying, or use of account information for the benefit of another party.

11Account Closure and Termination

You may request closure of your pklak account at any time by contacting support. Upon account closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any applicable verification process. pklak may suspend or terminate an account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of these Terms or any applicable platform policy.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering or any other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe, or provision of false or misleading information during the registration or verification process.
